The PHMC PREP (Process for Readiness, Education, and Practice) program focuses primarily on regulatory, job-specific and job preparedness training and primarily consists of e-learning courses with some instructor led training modules.  

 

In addition to PHMC-required trainings and development opportunities, PHMC U staff work with individual programs to identify and assess specific training needs in order to best meet the needs of each program. When a training need is identified, PHMC U staff work with subject matter experts to design and develop custom learning experiences, including role- and program-specific learning plans which prescribe trainings to PHMC staff members with automatic training renewal and recertification dates.
